In addition, the new hotel offers five meeting rooms, an AC Fitness Center, the AC Kitchen restaurant, the AC Lounge, the AC Library and the AC Terrace with a pool and bar with panoramic views of the city skyline.
Located in the Cityzen Epicentro Laboral mixed-use complex, in La Rivera de Belén, which has offices, a convenience store, a clinical laboratory and a pharmacy, among other services; AC Hotel by Marriott Heredia Belen brings together the best of Heredia, housed in a dynamic address. The design focus of each space at the new AC Hotel by Marriott Heredia Belen is optimal comfort and utility through modern decor with open layouts that offer functional beauty without distractions. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the lobby, guest rooms, and some meeting rooms provide elegant natural lighting while allowing views of the mountains of Costa Rica’s Central Valley. A white spiral staircase in the lobby provides elegance and, on the ceiling, a silver piece refers to Ojo de Agua, a renowned waterpark in the area that has been open for more than 80 years.

The AC Hotel by Marriott Heredia Belen has 106 standard rooms, 26 premium rooms, 10 executive rooms with balcony, and 5 suites. Each room is equipped with a mini bar, coffee machine, LCD screen, open closet and work area, as well as air conditioning and main light switch.
AC Hotel by Marriott Heredia Belen features a range of collaborative spaces including the brand’s signature AC Lounge, a modern co-working space for creative gatherings by day and a buzzing social hub offering European-style tapas by night with the exclusive experience AC Gin Tonic, the signature cocktail of the AC Hotels by Marriott® brand, at night.
