Accor, a world-leading hospitality group with over 420 hotels across India, Middle East, Africa and Turkey, continues to expand its footprint in Madhya Pradesh by signing two Novotel properties in Bhopal and Indore, scheduled to open in 2026.
Accor signed an agreement with Kwality Developers and Amar Krishna Leisure Pvt ltd to manage the two Novotel properties.

Both properties boast landmark locations, with the Bhopal site being constructed in Gulmohar Colony area, close to an upcoming smart city, while the Indore site is being built on the bypass road. Novotel Bhopal property will feature 105 rooms, whereas the Novotel Indore will offer 130 rooms. Both properties will offer restaurants, banquet facilities for meetings & events, and a fitness centre.

The signing of this project further strengthens Accor’s already dominant position in India which consists of 55 properties across brands including Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Pullman, Mövenpick, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure and ibis. With six properties in the pipeline set for the next two years, Accor is focused on providing guests with an unparalleled and diverse offering across India.
