DALLAS, TEXAS (May 13, 2019) – Aimbridge Hospitality, North America’s largest and most recognized independent hotel investment and management firm, announces it will soon assume the management of a Canadian Four Points by Sheraton in Surrey, British Columbia.
Aimbridge Hospitality is focusing on expansion into Canada following the recent hiring of Ian McAuley as president overseeing development in the Canadian market.

The management of this 77-key hotel, which will commence on June 1, marks the second Canadian property in Aimbridge Hospitality’s international portfolio.

The hotel, located at 10410 158 Street in Surrey, BC, is owned by a private Chinese real estate investor.
