Tucson, Ariz. – Adventurous Journeys (AJ) Capital Partners announced today its plan to open Graduate Tucson, part of the Graduate Hotels® collection, in Tucson, Arizona. The 14-story, 164-room ground-up hotel development will be located on 2nd Street, just off Park Avenue and University Boulevard. The hotel will be part of a mixed-use development that includes retail, residential apartments and a public plaza slated to open in fall 2020.
Prominently located just steps from the University of Arizona, Graduate Tucson will be in the heart of Main Gate Square and the campus restaurants, shops and office space making it the perfect offering for guests, alumni, local businesses and students alike. The hotel will also be in close proximity to downtown Tucson and the Banner University Medical Center.

Construction is underway for Graduate Tucson. The expansive lobby will be designed for guests and locals to socialize, relax and enjoy offerings from the customized coffee and bar, Poindexter Coffee. The hotel will offer 4,840 square feet of meeting and event space and a rooftop pool and bar with sweeping mountain views.
