Datavision to consolidate information from PMS for multiple properties
Friday, January 16, 2015 – Datavision announces installation at AKA Serviced Residences which handles extended stays of a week, a month, or longer. AKA is tailored for the needs of the long stay resident and has properties in prestigious neighborhoods – New York’s Central Park, Times Square, Sutton Place and the United Nations; Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square; Washington, D.C.’s White House district; Los Angeles’ Beverly Hills; and London’s Marylebone.
Jack McCabe, Director of Revenue Management at AKA said the biggest benefit for his company is the warehousing of data. He needed to run reports, looking at all of the properties for corporate reporting while at the same time, ensuring that everyone was making informed decisions off the same set of numbers. With Datavision mining detailed information from multiple properties, one single system can now be used to achieve the goals of multiple users across the company.
