Dragonfly Strategists announced the promotion of Alise Deeb as its new chief revenue officer to take charge of driving revenue and profitability of the company’s growing diverse portfolio. Ms. Deeb earned this position after 5 years at the company to support Dragonfly’s client and company profitability.

Ms. Deeb comes with 30+ years of hospitality industry experience, having led revenue, analytics and contact centers across destination resorts, hotels and city center hotels. Experience from Omni Hotels, Starwood Hotels and LQ Management LLC, she has developed innovative revenue management services, programs, training, and operational standards increasing revenues for both franchised and owned hotels.
Ms. Deeb most recently developed and launched Revenue Management Services & Analytics with Dragonfly Strategists. She is known for her deep knowledge of revenue optimization and is well respected thought leader in revenue and operations. She has been invited to be part of HSMAI’s Chief Revenue Officer round table, was on the client board for Alorica, participated as an advisor to Travelclick (now Amadeus) for demand data development, and is an industry speaker and panelist at events such as STR Hotel Data Conference, Duetto conference, NATHIC, Hunter Hotel Investment conference and other industry events. In addition, Ms. Deeb has volunteered with American Corporate Partners mentoring veterans and currently sits on the Hospitality Leadership Advisory Board for Missouri State University, her alma matter.
