LOS ANGELES, CA – September 16, 2021 – Alsace LA is pleased to announce the appointment of Cristina Cervantes as General Manager. Ms. Cervantes will oversee the 48-room boutique hotel  opening this fall in the historic West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles. Ms Cervantes, a seasoned hospitality professional with LA roots, will be instrumental to the launch of the hotel focused on richly authentic guest experience  and community relations.

Cristina Cervantes joins Alsace LA with more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry where she currently serves as Senior Manager, Hospitality Operations at CIM Group. Ms.Cervantes will  guide the Alsace LA team’s efforts to create a personalized experience for all  guests, support the neighboring West Adams community, and  foster a welcoming work environment for the staff.

Ms. Cervantes assumed the General Manager position earlier this year and over the course of the past few months has focused on assembling an impressive team of enthusiastic industry professionals with the West Adams community at the forefront.

Ms.Cervantes has previously served as Director of Housekeeping at the Four Seasons, Hyatt, Morgans Hotel Group, and other luxury boutique hotels. She joined CIM Group in 2015 and quickly took on the role of Senior Manager of Hospitality Services where she proved to be a key player in both hotel assets and special projects. Ms. Cervantes works closely with development teams, hotel management, housekeeping, engineering, and security teams to develop, establish and maintain Operating and Equipment Standards, source new suppliers, trends and products.
