NEW YORK, NY (July 23, 2019) – NextGuest welcomes Paolo Torchio as its Chief Operating Officer, with the overarching goal of creating more synergies between the company’s four pillars: NextGuest Digital, CRM, Labs, and Consulting. Together they form an integrated platform that provides hoteliers with a comprehensive set of services, allowing hotel brands to make the most of their marketing dollars and connect with their guests across all digital touch points.

When asked what appealed to him most about the role, Torchio replied, “I’m most excited about the breadth of offerings NextGuest is building. We’re doing something that will truly set us apart from anything else in the industry.” He added that he was looking forward to being part of a leadership team he described as “truly the A team of travel MarTech.”

Prior to joining NextGuest, Torchio served as Vice President of Digital & E-commerce at Two Roads Hospitality, as well as Vice President of Digital at Hyatt, where he oversaw digital marketing, e-commerce, loyalty, and CRM services for the lifestyle hotel portfolio. He also spent 12 years at E-site Marketing and Sabre Hospitality, both as Vice President of Digital, where he lead account management, sales, and product management departments, before transitioning to Vice President of Hospitality Product Management, where he was responsible for central reservation and distribution systems, e-commerce platforms, property management systems, and digital marketing services.

“Paolo is a one-of-a-kind hospitality industry technology executive,” said Felix Laboy, Executive Chairman of NextGuest. “He will be able to create synergy between the company’s four pillars, take our product road maps to the next level, and streamline operations across all teams. The efficiencies he produces make room for elevated customer service and innovation.”

With the addition of Torchio to facilitate the integration of the company’s divisions and future acquisitions, NextGuest continues to solidify itself as the premier provider of digital services and innovations in the hospitality industry.
