ATLANTA (June 26, 2024) — Hunter Hotel Advisors (“HUNTER”) today announced the successful sale of the Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta-Galleria/Cumberland. Artemis Hotel Group acquired the asset for an undisclosed price on June 24, 2024. HUNTER’s Tim Osborne, senior vice president, and Chase Perry, senior associate, represented the institutional seller.
