(March 25, 2019) – Auberge Resorts Collection, a portfolio of award-winning hotels, resorts and residences, announced today that Edward Linsley has joined the company as General Manager of Mayflower Inn & Spa and Regional Vice President. A hotelier with a distinguished career honed at marquee properties around the globe, Linsley will provide regional leadership for Auberge’s three Northeast properties: Mayflower Inn & Spa, Washington, Conn., the Vanderbilt, Newport, R.I., and the White Barn Inn, Kennebunk, Maine.

Linsley’s hospitality career has followed an international path, from metropolitan U.S. markets to some of the world’s most exotic destinations. Most recently, he served as Senior General Manager with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in the Indian Ocean, overseeing both Four Seasons Resort Seychelles and its sister property, the private-island enclave Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island.
Previously, he was Managing Director at Little Dix Bay, the legendary resort in the British Virgin Islands founded by Laurence Rockefeller. In Southeast Asia, prior to that, he served as General Manager at Ayana Resort & Spa, voted Asia’s top resort by Travel + Leisure.
His earlier career includes more than 20 years in leadership roles with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Vietnam, Bali, Lanai, Houston, Philadelphia, Nevis and Chicago.
Linsley will be based at Mayflower Inn & Spa in Connecticut.
