ATLANTA – August 30, 2021 – Avison Young announced today it has successfully closed the sale on seven Hilton branded hotels. The closings included three Hilton Garden Inns and four Hampton Inns. The properties were located from Texas along the southern crescent up through the middle of the east coast.

The brokers involved in the closings were Brad Sinclair, Andy Broad and Michael Bernath.

“These closings represent a continued investment trend into well branded hospitality assets. All the closings were priced on 2019 performance levels.”
