AVENTURA, FL (September 3, 2015) – Turnberry Isle Miami is pleased to announce the appointment of Brad Randall as Director of Food & Beverage for the iconic South Florida resort.
With more than 25 years of extensive experience in food and beverage management, Randall is a seasoned hospitality professional whose history in the food and beverage industry makes him uniquely qualified for this position. Randall’s established leadership skills and professional expertise will continue to allow Turnberry Isle Miami to provide a top-quality dining experiences and exceptional service to guests and club members.

In his new role, Randall is responsible for the management and successful operations of Turnberry’s food and beverage outlets, including Celebrity Chef Scott Conant’s new restaurant Corsair and Celebrity Chef Michael Mina’s award-winning Bourbon Steak. Additionally, he will be overseeing in-room dining, banquets, and pool operations for the 300-acre resort making the dining experience memorable for both business and leisure travelers. With Randall leading a team of 350 members, Turnberry Isle Miami will continue to stand out as a prominent destination for local patrons and for meetings and conventions within the Greater Miami area offering the finest service in food and beverage. The attention to detail, consistency in offerings and quality menu offerings available by Randall’s team make Turnberry Isle Miami a perfect venue for social and business endeavors.

Prior to joining the team at Turnberry Isle Miami, Randall held various leadership positions ranging from Assistant Manager to Vice President of Food and Beverage at Four and Five Diamond properties such as Bellagio Hotel & Casino, Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino, and the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
Randall played golf and football at Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island, while earning his Associate’s Degree in Marketing. He later attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Administration. In his free time, Randall enjoys live concerts, new dining experiences, and playing golf.
