David Newton was promoted to senior general manager for London. Reporting directly to Shaun Hinds, managing director of international operations at BridgeStreet, Newton will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and business performance of BridgeStreet’s London market.
“David has been a tremendous ambassador for our company over the past 10 years,” said Shaun Hinds. “We’re looking forward to applying his vast sector knowledge and experience on a larger scale, directly impacting BridgeStreet’s growth in the UK.”
In his new role, Newton will lead the existing management team to continue to improve quality, efficiency and profitability. Working within BridgeStreet’s group matrix structure, Newton will oversee the functional support areas of reservations, procurement and development and sales and account management, as well as ensure the business is adequately resourced.
Rosenberg is now vice president of operations and quality assurance, reporting directly to Walter Dembiec, Jr., managing director of Americas operations at BridgeStreet. Rosenberg will be responsible for daily operational functions of BridgeStreet throughout the United States, including effectively managing market leaders and business units to successfully execute corporate goals, initiatives and strategic plans.
