Jan. 30–Construction will begin next month in Tumwater on a new LaQuinta Inn & Suites, the Ridgefield, Wash.-based contractor, Construct One LLC, announced this week.
The 80-unit, 4-story hotel will rise from the ground at 4600 Capitol Boulevard S.E., just north of the State Farm building. The project also is near Linwood Avenue.
Construct One recently completed a hotel addition for the Best Western in Ephrata, interior renovations for the Holiday Inn Express in Bothell and currently is renovating five corporate owned Red Lion Hotels throughout the state.
