Dec. 13–A New York-based Jacobs Real Estate Advisors purchased an extended-stay hotel on the Northeast Side.
The Hawthorne Suites by Wyndham San Antonio near Loop 1604 and Interstate 35 is the sixth hotel the real estate investment firm acquired this year, according to a news release. The firm bought the property for $4.6 million from Live Oaks Apartments LP.
In the last year, the hotel underwent a $2 million renovation.
JREA Management, a sister company of the investment firm, will manage the property.
