CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.–February 15, 2019 –CBL Properties (NYSE:CBL) and Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. today announced plans to develop a 135-room Aloft by Marriott in Chattanooga, Tennessee, as part of the Sears redevelopment project at Hamilton Place. The new hotel marks the brand’s entrance into the Chattanooga market.

The addition of Aloft by Marriott complements the broader redevelopment plans at Hamilton Place, which include the addition of The Cheesecake Factory, Dave & Busters as well as class ‘A’ office space, additional dining options and new retail.”
Known for its trendy style and vibrant social scene, the Aloft brand uses technology and design to enhance experiences and keep up with the needs of the modern traveler. The Aloft Chattanooga Hamilton Place will feature an urban-inspired design with loft-like guestrooms, featuring airy 9-foot ceilings and keyless entry using your smartphone or Apple Watch.

Aloft Chattanooga Hamilton Place will be located between The Cheesecake Factory and the future Dave & Busters. Construction on the Hamilton Place redevelopment project is set to begin this spring.
