Chatham, Mass. – Sept. 08, 2016 – Chatham Bars Inn, the luxury Cape Cod property, just named Ryan Adams Resort Manager, a position where he will be responsible for overall operations and guest services.
Known for its authentic programming, superlative service and breathtaking setting, Chatham Bars Inn is the perfect fit for Adams, who has extensive experience developing resort programming and going above and beyond to exceed guests’ expectations. Adams’s role will further solidify the resort’s commitment to provide exceptional service to guests.
Adams is most excited to play an essential role in creating exceptional memories for guests and employees while fostering strong business outcomes. “I am thrilled to be working at a property that places such a heavy emphasis on providing guests diverse culinary, family and community-based programming, as it will allow me to draw upon my own passions and experiences in those areas,” said Adams.
Since leaving his hometown of Coronado, Cali., where he first entered the hospitality industry, Ryan has held high-level positions at nearly a dozen esteemed hotels, including the Breakers, various Starwood properties and at five Ritz-Carlton hotels.
Adams’s most recent role was at the upscale SLS Beverly Hills where he was the Director of Operations. Prior to that, he served as Director of Rooms at the 5 star- and 5 diamond-rated St. Regis Monarch Beach, where he was responsible for driving cultural initiatives, corporate programming and service standards among staff.
