(September 27, 2022) – Chief Operating Officer Chett Abramson holds three decades of industry senior leadership experience as he joins Oliver Hospitality, the Nashville hotel and restaurant management company known for creatively reworking old historic properties into new thoughtful and engaging spaces. Abramsons’ background in food & beverage operations as well as hotel operations provides him with a unique understanding on how to navigate Oliver Hospitality’s boutique luxury portfolio to greater financial and operational success.

Prior to joining Oliver Hospitality, Abramson was the Area Managing Director of New York for Ace Hotels, overseeing the opening of Ace Brooklyn and the reopening of Ace New York.
For 13 years, Abramson was a Founder/Operations Partner and COO of the award winning 21c Museum Hotel Group where he was tasked to oversee the day to day hotel operations including food & beverage, room sales, revenue management, reputation management as well as the art, accounting and IT departments.
Prior to joining 21c, Chett was a Senior Project Director for Drew Nieporent’s Myriad Restaurant Group’s consulting division and was involved in projects from Manhattan to Moscow. He was also the Director of Operations for the restaurant group, overseeing the restaurants New York’s Nobu, Nobu 57, Tribeca Grill and Montrachet. Abramson also served six years as the Area Director of Purchasing and Director of Food and Beverage for Starwood Hotels W New York, W Tuscany and W Court. Chett was part of the opening taskforce for W Seattle and Chicago.
