Quadriga’s Sensiq will enable The Whitehall Hotel to better communicate and reinforce its distinctive, luxury brand directly to guests via the in-room TV, and to deliver a unique selection of entertainment content. Sensiq provides a digital, multimedia guest communications platform, which delivers an unrivalled range of sixty FTG TV channels, the majority of which are HD channels, and on-demand content.
Sensiq’s powerful content management system enables The Whitehall to define its own information and entertainment content, so it can deliver content that is most relevant to its guests. This also enables The Whitehall to promote its services and amenities, including its two renowned restaurants, Mei’s Corner and Fornetto Mei. Quadriga’s experienced customization and specialist TV design team are working with The Whitehall to design and build a unique interface to reflect the hotel.s distinctive brand identity and its reputation as one of the best hotels in Chicago.
