The latest OPERA Cloud/OHIP enabled solution from Clairvoyix allows properties to send worldclass reservation confirmations/modifications/cancelations emails directly from OPERA Cloud.   

 

LAS VEGAS, NV (June 26, 2024) – Continuing their strategic objective of leveraging the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP), Clairvoyix has added to their growing portfolio of OPERA Cloud enabled revenue driving solutions with a leisure email reservation confirmation system that complements their previously released OPERA Cloud Block Room Confirmation system.  The Clairvoyix email reservation confirmation system allows hotel and resort organizations the ability to send fully automated visually appealing email reservation confirmations directly from OPERA Cloud.  In addition, the email reservation confirmation is designed to entice arriving guests with property amenities and activities that will drive incremental revenue and ultimately increased guest satisfaction.                

Hastings Hotels, an award-winning collection of 6 four- and five-star properties in Northern Ireland recently migrated to OPERA Cloud and had a requirement for an email reservation confirmation system.  Hastings Hotels recognized that they would need to work with a vendor that is well-versed in the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform, or as it is commonly known, OHIP.  Hastings Hotels consulted with their CRM provider For-Sight and learned that Clairvoyix and For-Sight had successfully collaborated on an OPERA Cloud solution with another UK based hotel organization so the decision was made to proceed with the project.
