Combined service of Property Management, Reservation Distribution and Secure Payment eases hotel operations
Sturgeon Bay, WI; Hendersonville, TN— November 2, 2015 — Hotel Tech Management announces today a complete hotel solution to simplify operations and improve performance of small to medium hotels. The solution was created to provide smaller independent hotels with the “one-stop shop” product they have been demanding. Hotel Tech Management combines a Property Management System, Central Reservations Services and Payment Processing all in a single offering. The Hotel Tech Management solution enhances a property’s ability to maintain PCI compliance through tokenization and secure payment processing for every transaction.
Denise Stillman, one of the early users and the manager of Westwood Shores Waterfront Resort in Sturgeon Bay, WI, explains it this way: “Our guests have been impressed with our new 'high tech' set up from the eReg system to the secure credit card handling. Guests' first impression is that our small property is up to speed with all the current technology. At the property level we are more impressed with the integration of all of the systems – to us we're just using Lodgical Solution! From the time there is a booking online, the entire payment and registration system it is all there on the computer with just one reference number! The way the system works together is seamless.”
Hotel Tech Management combines the functionality of industry leaders: Lodgical Property Management System by Bay Lakes Information Systems, the connectivity of the InnLink CRS for the booking engine and Distribution Connectivity, and TRX Vault by DishOut for PCI certified payment processing. The solution integrates MPX payment processing and can work with other processors when required.
“The Hotel Tech Management solution was built with Bay Lakes first as a result of our long-standing relationship working together,” said Rory Hersch, president of DishOut. “The solution is built on a DishOut API that can be extended to other PMS companies as well as other credit card processing companies as required. The most valuable part of the solution, though, is the integration of the service teams to operate seamlessly in each of their areas of expertise. That is the true differentiation point for customers.”
“As the world of the hotelier gets more complicated, delivering solutions that simplify operations for independent hotels is core to our mission,” said Alison Galik, an InnLink executive vice president. “Our customer service focus makes this a natural fit. We are pleased to be chosen to deliver this service for customers.”
“The concept of this project was developed in order to bring together all the technology needs of a lodging based property,” said Greg Swain, president of Bay Lakes Information Systems. “Collectively, we are able to offer this in one product offering, leveraging the strengths of each company while being competitively priced.”
