The hotel offers 120 guest rooms and suites. There is also a shuttle service to the Light Rail Transit station for easy access to downtown Seattle. The hotel has a meeting room that can accommodate up to 20 people.

Guests who will be traveling and need a place to leave their car can take advantage of the Park and Stay Package, which provides a parking spot at the hotel for up to seven days.
