“We are thrilled to have Debra join our team,” said Stambul principal, Daniel Pena Giraldi. “She has expert knowledge in marketing to the luxury hotel sector, and I am confident that she will help drive sales and increase awareness of this new boutique hotel within the community.”

Klemm attended the University of Miami where she focused on course work in Business Administration and Liberal Arts. She also studied languages and luxury hospitality in Germany.
“I am pleased to join The Langford Hotel team, as I feel that it will add another level of sophistication to the already booming Downtown Miami arts, entertainment and cultural scene. The story of the iconic Langford Hotel is truly fascinating, as it encompasses the entire history of Downtown Miami. The revitalization of this destination combined with our unique room product, is sure to attract all of my clients,” said Klemm.
This fall the 126-guest room Langford Hotel will open its doors, bringing a new leader in style and hospitality to downtown Miami. The luxurious boutique property will contribute to the area’s overall revitalization, affording travelers sleek accommodations in the center of the city, while providing unique weekly happenings and sophisticated food and beverage concepts, such as PB Station Restaurant and Pawn Broker rooftop bar and lounge by The Pubbelly Boys. The hotel will encompass 1,140 sq. ft. of event space making for a unique business and event setting. The Langford Hotel, designed by revered commercial design company Bloom Miami, combines old-Miami with the culture inspired by the area’s blossoming business and art district. The structure itself presents a glimmer into the past. It formerly stood as the Miami National Bank and was designated a historic site by the National Register of Historic Places in 1989. Old Miami and European sensibility collide in the fashioned Beaux Arts style of the remodeled 1925-structure. The Langford Hotel is a stylistic reflection of Miami’s diversity.
The Langford Hotel is located at 121 SE 1st St., Miami, FL, 33131. For more information, please visit www.langfordhotelmiami.com or call 305.537.7040.
