Nov. 08–Delaware North has agreed to acquire Skycity Darwin, a casino and resort in Australia.
Terms were not disclosed. The deal is subject to the approval of authorities in Australia.
Skycity Darwin includes 600 electronic gaming machines, more than 30 table games and four restaurants. The 152-room hotel is Darwin's only property with a five-star rating.
