Rochester, NY – September 26, 2016 – DelMonte Hotel Group, one of New York State's premier hospitality development and management companies, has just launched a significant expansion to the Midwest.
According to Alexander DelMonte, President, DelMonte Hotel Group will be developing and operating the new 145-room AC by Marriott. Slated to open in Spring of 2018, the property is part of the new 58 acre mixed-use development which will encompass 400,000 square feet of retail space, 150,000 square feet of offices, and 90 apartments at Interstate 271 and Harvard Road in Beachwood, Ohio.
"We are excited to be expanding our footprint into the Midwest with the development of the first AC by Marriott in the Cleveland area," notes Mr. DelMonte. "The AC brand is a perfect fit for the Pinecrest development. The Ohio development project is the first in the state and continues the expansion strategy by DelMonte Hotel Group across the east and into the Midwest. Earlier this year, the company opened the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport South-Robinson Mall in Pennsylvania.
DelMonte Hotel Group currently operates 14 hotels with 1,485 rooms in 7 cities.
