NATICK, MA (November 2, 2017) – Distinctive Hospitality Group (DHG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Burkart as General Manager of The Hampton Inn Boston-Natick. With over a decade of professional hospitality experience, Burkart brings with him a strong understanding of hotel operations and an unmatched level of enthusiasm for the industry. In addition to serving as the hotel’s General Manager, Burkart will oversee all property operations, including the hotel’s on-site restaurant, SKYBOKX 109 Sports Bar & Grill.
After graduating from Johnson and Wales University in 2010 with a degree in Business Management, Burkart began his career as the General Manager of The Holiday Inn Express Boston-Milford in Milford, Massachusetts. Here, he excelled at managing property operations and built practices that would serve him well throughout his career in the hospitality industry. Burkart’s next career move took him to the southwest, where he assumed the role of General Manager at The Hotel Indigo Scottsdale in Scottsdale, Arizona. Throughout his time at the property, Burkart’s duties involved collaborating with leadership teams, managing projects, and creating long lasting relationships to help drive corporate business.
Making his way up the hospitality ladder, Burkart moved back to New England in 2013 where he took on Director of Operations roles at Somerville Holiday Inn and The VERVE Crowne Plaza Boston-Natick Hotel in Natick, Massachusetts. Before long, Burkart’s expertise and well-regarded reputation landed him the role of General Manager of The Holiday Inn Boston-Bunker Hill in Somerville, Massachusetts, which he held for several years. In his newest position, Burkart’s industry experience and unparalleled energy and passion will prove beneficial in his role as General Manager of the Hampton Inn Boston-Natick.

In his new positon, Burkart will oversee all aspects of hospitality services and will work directly with the sales and marketing team to foster new business and growth opportunities. Burkart lives in Weymouth where he enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife Emily and dog Charlie.
