Owned by Whitman Peterson and Sage Hospitality and managed by Sage Hospitality, the completely redesigned and renovated property embodies modern Southern hospitality.
The soulful design of the hotel is a fresh take on the South, with dramatic wood beams, features that welcome in ample natural light and a soothing color palette. Guests will be treated to open and contemporary public spaces, beautifully appointed guest rooms, customizable meeting spaces that are as functional as they are fashionable and a host of other amenities, such as a 24/7 fitness center and pool with state-of-the-art equipment; a full-service restaurant and bar featuring southern fare, a market pantry and, of course, the signature, warm DoubleTree Cookie at check-in.

The new Atlanta hotel features 250 guest rooms that boast a welcoming, contemporary design with a variety of sleeping options from King, double-Queen, to one-bedroom suites. All guest rooms and suites include sleek furnishings and are equipped with complimentary WiFi, a coffee maker, mini fridge and working desk. All rooms feature artwork that has been locally curated by NINE dot ARTS and is inspired by the city of Atlanta.
