NEW YORK, NY (May 29, 2019) – Renowned hotel brand and management company, Dream Hotel Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Lee to Vice President, Food & Beverage. As Vice President, Jeff joins the group’s other Vice Presidents of Food & Beverage with co-responsibility for the overall direction of food and beverage programming for the company and its brands: Dream Hotels, Time Hotels, The Chatwal and Unscripted Hotels.

Jeff Lee joined the group in March 2016 as Director, Food & Beverage. As Vice President, he will continue to be co-responsible for the executive oversight and day-to-day management of all Dream Hotel Group-controlled and -operated dining and nightlife venues, including new concepts in Nashville, Palm Springs, Durham, Atlanta, Doha, Belgium, Tulum and Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico. Key areas of focus include concept and menu development, as well as kitchen design, with a focus on attaining sales and profitability goals for each concept. He will continue to play a pivotal role in identifying, hiring and training senior food and beverage positions across all properties worldwide, while also performing regular site visits to ensure the highest level of operating standards are met.

Prior to joining Dream, Lee worked for the acclaimed Hillstone Restaurant Group where he held various senior management positions, including Executive Chef for nearly fifteen years, and played a key role in restaurant design and construction with a focus on kitchen design for multiple location in the United States.
With 19 hotels open today and another 20+ locations in various stages of development, Dream Hotel Group is on track to triple its existing portfolio by 2022. Today’s announcement signals another exciting milestone in the continued growth and evolution of the company and its portfolio of lifestyle brands.
