NEW YORK, NY (September 18, 2017) – Renowned hotel brand and management company Dream Hotel Group announces the appointment of Luisa Marciano to Vice President of Human Resources.
In this role, Ms. Marciano will be responsible for developing, delivering and promoting best practices in human resource management for Dream Hotel Group and its portfolio of brands. She will oversee all human resources operations, including organizational development, talent management and development, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, as well as executive HR analytics, at new and existing locations across all Dream Hotel Group’s brands – Dream Hotels, Time Hotels, The Chatwal and Unscripted Hotels.
Ms. Marciano brings over twenty years of human resources experience in various positions of tactical and strategic human resources in both the hotel and restaurant industries to Dream Hotel Group. Most recently, Ms. Marciano worked with LJS Human Resources Services as a consultant where she helped develop business plans for client outreach and partnered with small and medium sized hospitality clients, including hotels, restaurants, retail operations, hospitality associations and event companies, in developing and executing Human Resources audits, initiatives and strategies. She also held various positions with Abigail Kirsch Catering, Dolce Hotels & Resorts (now Wyndham Hotels), Marriott Hotels & Resorts and Citarella.

Marciano earned her B.S. in Business Administration & Management at the Marymount College of Fordham University and holds her PHR Certification. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and sits on the Board of Directors for the New York State Restaurant Association (NYSRA).
