Tulsa’s Largest Resort Will Leverage Open Pricing at New 27-Story Hotel Anchoring $365 Million Expansion
Tulsa, OK, June 30, 2016 – Duetto, the market leader in hotel and casino profit optimization technology, announced today that it will provide Revenue Strategy solutions for the gaming property and the new 27-story hotel under construction at River Spirit Casino Resort in Tulsa, Okla. Duetto’s GameChanger application will enable River Spirit to manage pricing and demand for the 483 rooms and suites being added to the property, making it the largest casino resort in Tulsa.
Tom Allen, General Manager of Resort Operations at River Spirit Casino Resort, said an innovative revenue management system like Duetto’s cloud-based application was essential for the hotel, which is scheduled to be complete in December 2016 as part of a $365 million expansion.

GameChanger enables River Spirit to maximize its loyalty pricing strategies and execute the breakthrough practice of Open Pricing, which calculates room rates independently based on demand for every individual booking date, room type or customer segment. The casino can also differentiate its comp and reinvestment strategies, which apply dynamic rewards to loyalty club members based on what they spend across the integrated casino resort.
In addition to the luxury hotel property, River Spirit’s expansion will include a 30,000-square-foot convention and meeting center, a 2,500-seat Paradise Cove Theater for live entertainment and sporting events, a tropical-theme pool and bar area, plus a 50,000-square-foot Margaritaville Casino and Margaritaville Restaurant.
