Newly Established JV, Dusit Fudu Hotels & Resorts, to Manage China’s New 280-room dusitD2 Shaoxing

Sept. 08–BANGKOK (The Nation/ANN) — Dusit Fudu Hotels and Resorts, a newly established joint-venture hotel-management company, has signed a contract to manage a new hotel in China, dusitD2 Shaoxing.

The hotel is owned by Zhejiang Guannan Property Development Co.

Scheduled for a soft opening in the fourth quarter of 2014, dusitD2 Shaoxing is in the prime commercial centre of Shaoxing, Zhejiang province. Shaoxing is on the south bank of the scenic Qiantang River estuary with numerous canals and waterways.

Comprising 280 luxurious guest rooms and 20 suites including a presidential suite, dusitD2 Shaoxing will offer guests a wealth of facilities including an array of restaurants as well as Dusit’s own signature Devarana Spa.
