New York, NY – February 2, 2022 – EOS Hospitality is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Collins as Executive Vice President of Operations. As a purpose-driven leader with a proven track record across a wide range of sectors, Collins will lead hospitality operations and help guide EOS Hospitality hotels to create impact financially, experientially and socially.

Collins’ breadth of experience encompasses 20 years within the hospitality industry, in addition to various executive roles within real estate, education, wellness and philanthropic organizations. Her positions have included the asset management group at LaSalle Hotel Properties as well as head of hotel asset management at Westbrook Partners. Collins began her career at Tishman Hotel & Realty, a vertically integrated real estate owner, developer, operator and advisor.
Most recently, Collins was the Head of Enterprise Operations at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (“LISC”), a national non-profit social enterprise focused on community development and racial equity. She joined LISC from Georgetown University’s Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation, where she served as the Center’s Lead on Inclusive Community Impact Investing.
Collins is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, where she was a member of the Women’s Varsity Basketball team. She is an executive, advisor, board member, speaker, and author. Jennifer is involved with various youth empowerment and humanitarian initiatives in East Africa, serves as an impact and real estate advisor to faith institutions, and is also a certified yoga and mindfulness instructor. She resides in the Washington D.C. area.
