Exciting transformations are underway at Foxwoods Resort Casino as the property embarks on a multi-year renovation project, including room renovations for The Fox Tower beginning this summer. The Fox Tower revitalization will be a renewed look encompassing a sleek, contemporary design with gold accents and illuminated lighting, creating an inviting ambiance. This ambitious project will also include a state-of-the-art international high limit table games room, a magnificent 30-seat slot bar, and enhanced table game areas in the Grand Pequot Tower. Recognized as one of the country’s top pastry chefs and known for his viral all-in-one dessert sensation The PieCaken and appearances on Food Network and Bravo, Chef Zac Young is set to unveil his newest concept Sprinkletown Donuts & Ice Cream this Spring at Foxwoods Resort Casino. The whimsical shop invites guests to explore their creativity with a “choose your own adventure” menu featuring customizable donuts and signature ice cream sundaes. Decked out with sprinkle light fixtures and a donut kitchen for guests to watch their creations being made to order, Sprinkletown Donuts & Ice Cream will be a sweet playground for both kids and adults alike.
In May, Grace by Nia, the soulful live music lounge concept that has taken Boston by storm, is set to unveil its second location in New England at the Grand Pequot Tower, adjacent to High Rollers. In collaboration with Big Night Entertainment Group, this speak-easy style venue is presented by the esteemed restaurateur and community leader, Nia Grace. The contemporary supper club seamlessly blends culinary excellence with live entertainment, featuring performances by local jazz, R&B, soul, and hip-hop artists. Grace by Nia becomes the newest addition to the Big Night family at Foxwoods, joining Guy Fieri’s Kitchen + Bar, High Rollers, Red Lantern, Shrine and Scorpion Bar.
