The new construction will feature both Studio 6 and Motel 6 brand offerings in the same location, and it is currently slated for completion in early 2019.
Conveniently located outside downtown Austin, the brand-new Motel 6/Studio 6 property will consist of four floors with 98 total rooms and features enhanced architecture along with a large social area for optimum guest relaxation and enjoyment. The modern accommodations showcase the brand’s award-winning “Phoenix” design, sleek wood-effect flooring, flat-screen televisions, pedestal beds, granite bathroom countertops, and bold color scheme. Additionally, the dual-brand’s first new construction property will offer all the necessary comforts of home – including a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and cookware, guest laundry, expanded cable, Wi-Fi, and parking – combined with the great services and rates for which G6 Hospitality’s Motel 6 and Studio 6 brands are best known.
