GF Management, a leading hotel ownership and management company with more than 85 upscale and midscale U.S. hotels and resorts in its portfolio, today announced the promotion of Ashleigh Mason to Vice President of Development Strategies. In this role, Ashleigh will direct the business development division of the Company and will lead the implementation of company-wide initiatives to drive continued innovation for the Company. She will report directly to Joe Del Guidice, President of GF Management and will join the senior management team as new leadership talent.

Ashleigh joined GF Management in 2009 and since then has had ongoing contributions to the direction of the Company. Her knowledge of the industry, responsiveness and personal approach to relationships has proved invaluable to fellow colleagues, owners and partners. In addition to business development, Ashleigh will continue to oversee GF’s overall brand strategy through its media and public relations efforts, along with industry and associate engagement platforms.
Ashleigh graduated with honors from the Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University where she studied business administration and marketing.
