In her new role, Archibald will manage and oversee the sales operations in the Northeast region of the United States including designing plans to meet sales targets and developing and cultivating relationships with clients. With a decade of experience in sales and marketing, including seven years with Virtuoso in the luxury travel sector, Archibald brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success to her new role.

Archibald joins Grace Bay Resorts from Virtuoso, where she demonstrated exceptional skills in managing over 500 hotel and resort accounts globally. In her role as Account Manager, she was responsible for presenting, negotiating, and selling marketing opportunities, as well as creating strategic marketing proposals aligned with clients’ sales goals. Her proactive account analysis and market assessments led to achieving and exceeding revenue targets year-over-year. Archibald also played a key role in onboarding new hotel accounts, conducting strategic meetings, presenting quarterly town halls and participated in Virtuoso’s Sustainability Guild made up of staff members. Prior to her tenure at Virtuoso, Sara served as Director of Marketing & Media at Bloom Metabolic Insights and as a Marketing Specialist at Alcalde & Fay.
Born in Manhattan and raised in Rye in Westchester County, Archibald is currently a resident of Manhattan. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Communications and Writing from Loyola University Maryland. In her spare time, Archibald enjoys traveling to new destinations exploring local cultures and cuisines. She also loves exploring her own backyard of New York City, taking ballroom dance classes and unwinding outdoors—preferably taking a walk, swimming or collecting shells at the beach. As a true extrovert, she is energized by meeting new people and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
