London, UK (June 2016) – Formerly known as Grosvenor House Apartments, the property’s renaming speaks to the unique Mayfair experience that the all-suite, extended stay, hotel – with finely appointed residential style amenities, design and décor – provides. From a new name to a refreshed arrival experience, new Director of Sales and Marketing and the introduction of a new food and beverage program, Grosvenor House Suites by Jumeirah Living is pleased to share news of it’s revamp this summer.
When entering the hotel, guests will now be greeted into a newly refreshed arrival area by the expertly trained concierge team before being ushered up to the 2nd floor lobby and Atrium for a discrete and exclusive check-in experience. Flooded with natural daylight from the hotel’s seven-story high glass roof, the Atrium has an outdoor feel with all the privacy of your own secluded courtyard.
Akin to a private Mayfair club, the Atrium Card, which is currently available on an exclusive basis to guests, gives access to the light filled seven-story Atrium in the heart of the hotel for business meetings and lunches. For guests and exclusive Atrium Card holders, there is a soon-to-come rollout of a new food and beverage program. The menu’s core will be sustainability with a focus less on meats and even more on local market sourcing. Guests will be able to choose from cuisine from all four corners of the world speaking the hotel’s clientele – Latin, Asian, European, and Middle Eastern.
Grosvenor House Suites has also welcomed a new team member to their executive leadership, Dagmar Noe, now Director of Sales and Marketing. Noe is a savvy veteran of the hospitality industry with hospitality sales experience in Los Angeles, New York City and London. German born, Noe received hotel management training at Hotel Traube Tonbach, a Relais & Châteaux hotel.
In quarter three, Grosvenor House Suites will roll out the “At Home Living” penthouse series. This program offers a truly unique way for guests to enjoy the luxury London lifestyle throughout their stay. Guests are treated regularly to unique experiences, ranging from private previews in the world of fashion and music, to exclusive readings by of-the-moment authors and master-classes from experts in their field.
