Part of the Fiesta Americana Resort Collection, the long-anticipated renovation of Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun, will result in an entirely upgraded experience with the improvement of the guest accommodations to a more modern, yet warm Mexican look at feel. The renovation will be conducted one tower at a time with the first phase of this project dedicated to Torre Mar, delivering a brand new and spectacular main building, which will be concluded this fall. The remodeling will then continue with the Luna and Sol towers.
Guests’ stay during this time will not be disrupted as staff will be fully dedicated to provide them with the high quality customer service that makes the Posadas brand number one in Mexico. Restaurants, kids club, spa, bars and lounges and other public areas will remain open during the entire remodeling. It is estimated that the resort will reveal its first remodeled guest rooms by fall 2016, around the same time that the destination will host Cancun Travel Mart.
