January 19, 2016 – GuestTek, a global leader in broadband technology and interactive solutions for the hospitality industry, is pleased to announce the promotion of Ken Barnes to Senior Vice President of Global Support and Service.
Mr. Barnes joined GuestTek in 2015 as our SVP of Global Client Relations, where his substantial industry expertise quickly added value and has driven our Client Relations team to demonstrated successes. In his new role, Ken will take on the additional responsibility of moving our Global Services team towards similar levels of success on a worldwide scale, while continuing to guide our Client Services team.
