Lulfs, a seasoned hospitality professional with a proven track record, joins the Hawks Cay team, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Having called South Florida home for most of her life, Lulfs is deeply rooted in the region’s vibrant landscape. She not only boasts a rich familiarity with the region’s thriving hospitality scene but also harbors a genuine passion for outdoor activities including fishing and scuba diving. With more than 35 years of experience in the field, Lulfs has held positions at world-class marina resorts, boutique hotels, and luxury properties, including prominent roles at Princess Cruises, Hilton Key Largo Resort, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Boca Renaissance Marriott Hotel, and more. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to offering the highest level of customer service and a unique ability to create unforgettable guest experiences.
Lulfs, co-creator of TheHullTruth.com, one of the world’s largest and most popular online community forums connecting boating and fishing enthusiasts with the marine industry, brings a dynamic perspective to her role. In her previous position as Director of Sales & Marketing at the Montauk Yacht Club Resort & Marina, she played a crucial role in promoting and enhancing the iconic 232-full-service marina resort in the Hamptons. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Marine Industry Sales, Weddings & Special Events at the Abaco Beach Resort at Boat Harbour in the Bahamas, overseeing group sales and marketing, including large-scale marine industry events and destination weddings. These experiences have uniquely prepared her for her new position at Hawks Cay Resort.
