Today, Hilton revealed its 2023 Americas Development Awards which recognize the achievements of owners, development partners, and hotel teams in the Americas across several categories.
These annual awards celebrate the resiliency and commitment of our owners and team members who spread the light and warmth of hospitality.

The Americas Development Awards recognize the passion, creativity and innovative spirit of Hilton developers and owners. This year, the Hilton Development team selected 52 winners based on distinct criteria such as quality of hotels developed and in operation, commitment to quality of projects, impact on local community and early adoption of newer brands. The 2023 awards include: Lifetime Achievement Award, New Developer of the Year, Conversion Developer of the Year, Multi-Brand Developer of the Year, Multi-Brand Deal of the Year, Developer of the Year by Category, and Development Awards by Brand.
