SYDNEY, Australia – March 10, 2022 – Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today announced the signing of Hilton Garden Inn Brisbane City Centre North, marking the fifth Hilton Garden Inn hotel in the pipeline for Australasia. In partnership with Spring Hill Property Group Pty Ltd, part of Image Developments, Hilton will manage the newly built 129-room property, with hotel construction expected to start this year.

Located 13 kilometers from the Brisbane Airport, the hotel will be strategically positioned in the north of Brisbane’s central business district (CBD) providing convenient access to all parts of the CBD, and easy walking distance to many city centre attractions as well as to Fortitude Valley, Brisbane’s nightlife capital. The hotel is well located for food lovers to visit local restaurants and bar hubs such as Howard Smith Wharves and Eagle Street Pier, while leisure travellers will enjoy the close proximity to St Andrew’s War Memorial and Royal Brisbane Hospitals, Victoria Park and the RNA Showgrounds.

The hotel will enjoy 129 guest rooms, a full-service restaurant and bar, meeting facilities, a fitness room, and The Shop, a 24-hour grab-and-go retail store where essentials, as well as local beverages and tasty treats, are available.
