Dallas, TX – Leo Spriggs, President and CEO of Hospitality Management Corporation (HMC), announces the promotion of Mary Ruth Javier in the newly formed position of Corporate Director of Revenue Management. She will be taking on the responsibility of determining revenue/rate structures across all hotels, competitive market intelligence and to ensure property revenues are maximized. Javier previously held the role of Director of Sales & Marketing for the Radisson Hotel Dallas–North, one of the hotels currently under HMC’s management. The company continues its ongoing business expansion which is made up of full service, conference center, select service and limited service hotels. HMC is one of the country’s largest third-party privately held hotel management companies, ranked in the top 40 of all third party and owner operated hotel management corporations.
Javier has over 10 years of hotel and revenue experience, having also held the roles of Reservations & Assistant Revenue Manager for the Crowne Plaza Chicago-Northbrook and Crowne Plaza Market Center as Reservations and Revenue Manager. She specifically brings a high level of expertise in effective management of reservations for all business segments, pricing and positioning, inventory management, strategic business evaluation and forecasting and pace performance. She earned her B.S. in Computer Science and Technology from Asia Pacific College in 2005.
