Dallas, TX – Leo Spriggs, President and CEO of Hospitality Management Corporation (HMC), is pleased to announce the addition of Adrienne Kaufmann to HMC’s corporate team. Kaufmann will report to HMC’s VP of Sales and Marketing and be responsible for all top line revenue for a select group of HMC managed hotels, as well as oversee all sales and marketing efforts. She will also focus on increasing guest satisfaction, provide sales training, develop revenue opportunities and manage local initiatives to increase customer and brand awareness. The company continues its ongoing business expansion efforts and is made up of full service, conference center, select service and limited service hotels. HMC is one of the country’s largest third-party privately held hotel management companies, ranked in the top 40 of all third party and owner operated hotel management corporations.
Kaufmann joins HMC with a record of achievement and demonstrated sales success over two properties in the Fort Worth market with a combined budget of over $13 million. Her most recent experience includes Director of Sales and Marketing for Texas Western Hospitality for the TownePlace Suites® by Marriott in downtown Fort Worth and as Dual Sales Manager for the Residence Inn® Cultural District. Prior to her roles for Marriott, she also held positions in sales for Hyatt Summerfield Suites® for Island Hospitality in Irving, TX, and for the Residence Inn®, Arlington, TX.
Adrienne is a proven results leader within the hospitality industry who specializes in targeting and shifting share, has a comprehensive understanding of the RFP process and is a strategic thinker, consistently successful in conceptualizing, developing and implementing marketing initiatives to support top-producing sales leaders.
She has also merited several industry awards and acknowledgements including HATC’s Select Service “Hotel of the Year” awards for Residence Inn® Cultural District (2015) and TownPlace Suites® Downtown (2014 and 2013).
