Nashville announced as the host city for the March event
February 11, 2020 – Hospitality Upgrade Magazine’s 16th Annual Executive Vendor Summit has opened registration and announced Nashville as its host city for the March 25-27 event. The Executive Vendor Summit (EVS) is a unique industry event that focuses on C-level executives from the hospitality technology solutions industry. This invitation-only event brings executives together for learning, leadership discovery and networking.
The 2020 EVS will take place in the heart of Music City at the newly opened Drury Plaza Hotel, located just minutes from all that downtown Nashville has to offer. The Drury Plaza Hotel opened in January 2020 and is a modern and exciting property to host this year’s event.
To inquire about an invitation to EVS, please contact Anne@hospitalityupgrade.com.
In an industry based on competition as much as partnerships, the EVS offers vendor executives a rare combination of networking, social events and program content in a relaxed atmosphere, with no customers and no selling. “Taking the customer out of this event allows those who attend to develop and foster critical relationships with their peers, as well as focus on both challenges and opportunities in the industry,” said Hospitality Upgrade CEO and Publisher Rich Siegel.
Hospitality Upgrade is continuing its partnership with Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) for the 2020 event and program. The program is being finalized and will include many popular sessions of the past including the CIO Panel, where a panel of technology leaders from hotel companies will share where their technology and investment focus will be in the coming year. To see this year’s program lineup please see the 2020 EVS Agenda online.
“The Executive Vendor Summit is the world’s only hospitality technology supplier invitational event and Hospitality Upgrade has done a phenomenal job by both supplying stellar education and by facilitating a number of hospitality technology companies’ mergers, acquisitions and, most importantly, partnerships,” said HFTP CEO Frank Wolfe, CAE. “It is such a unique experience for the attendees because they have a chance to learn about the latest happenings in the industry sitting in the same room with their competitors. By combining our organizations’ reputations and skill sets, our goal is to provide our supporters a stellar experience.”
Past attendees comprise all the major property management companies, including Oracle, Agilysys, Infor, Maestro PMS, ResortSuite and Springer-Miller Systems, among others. Many partnerships have originated directly out of the event. Attendance at the Executive Vendor Summit helps attendees establish critical relationships with peers and focus on the industry’s successes, challenges and opportunities. The event offers attendees interactive, high-quality educational sessions along with networking activities designed to encourage teamwork and discussion. Attendees must hold the title of president or similar C-level executive position or hospitality division segment head at a technology company actively involved in the hospitality industry. Attendance is also limited in size to allow participants an optimal learning and networking experience.
