SCHAUMBURG, IL – JULY 10, 2015 – Hostmark Hospitality Group has been selected to operate and provide pre-opening technical services for a new Hilton dual-brand hotel project being developed by Jupiter Realty Company and Boston-based Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation. Located in Chicago’s vibrant West Loop neighborhood at 118 North Jefferson Street, the 210-room Hampton Inn and 126-room Homewood Suites are expected to open in fall 2016.

The guest experience of each brand will be consistent with free-standing prototypes and will be preserved by separating the lobby components required by both brands as well as the two wings of guest rooms. Economies of scale and efficient operations will be achieved through utilization of a shared executive committee and back of the house areas, Cataldo explains.
An innovative and inspiring level of the new hotel will offer meeting rooms, business center, plus a sophisticated fitness/activity area including an indoor pool and outdoor communal /event space. Additionally, the 23-story building will have 7,500 square feet of ground floor retail and 105 interior parking spaces.
Situated between the West Loop and Financial Districts, the Hampton Inn/ Homewood Suites is within close proximity to the Illinois Medical District, the world-renowned Magnificent Mile, entertainment in River North, within walking distance to both Ogilvie Transportation Center and Union Station, and offers easy access to I-90/94.
