Eric Gunderson, a partner in the firms Los Angeles office exclusively represented the Buyer and Seller in the transaction.
The Comfort Inn & Suites San Francisco Airport is located just north of the main terminal of San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and adjacent to the South San Francisco Caltrain Station. The hotel sits on approximately 2.91 acres of fee simple land. 2015 marked a record year for SFO with over 50M passenger boardings and nine consecutive years of passenger growth.
