The iconic hotel continues to add industry-leading talent with a focus on results-driven marketing following its recent multi-million dollar transformation.
Denise brings 18 years of hospitality-specific experience to Hotel Crescent Court with hotels and resorts throughout major metropolitan cities such as Dallas, Chicago, Orlando and South Florida. In her new role, she will develop and implement marketing strategies and sales initiatives to generate revenue while stimulating business and operations efficiency for the Lone Star landmark. Most recently, Denise served as Director of Sales & Marketing at The Westin Dallas Downtown, where she successfully opened the hotel and managed a team of 14. Prior, she showcased a strong history of financial achievement, perfecting her leadership skills in various positions including Director of Sales & Revenue at The Joule in Dallas, Reservations and Revenue Manager at The Fairmont Chicago Hotel and has served in various operations positions at The Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort & Club in Aventura, Fla. and Ritz Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes. As a result, she has a wealth of knowledge for the competitive landscape, along with key feeder markets.
