ATLANTA – October 22, 2020 – Today, Atlanta-based Hotel Equities (“HE”) announced the opening of the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dayton North. The hotel located at 7072 York Center Drive in Butler Township is owned by development and investment firm The Witness Group (“TWG”). Hotel Equities manages TWG’s portfolio of hotels following the firm’s strategic partnership with TWG in September.
“The owners and staff have done a phenomenal job preparing this hotel for its grand opening,” said HE’s VP of Operations, David Rosenberg. “The highest standards of cleanliness and safety precautions are in place and no expense was spared on top-of-the-line systems that prioritize the health of our valued patrons. As business travel begins to resume, guests will have complete confidence during their stay. No doubt the teams added safety precautions and their delivery of superior customer service will position this hotel as a leader in the Dayton market.”
In the Heartland of Ohio, the Fairfield Inn and Suites Dayton North offers visitors convenient access to The Dayton Art Institute, Rose Music Center at the Heights, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, National Museum of the US Air Force, Dayton Dragons, and the University of Dayton. The hotel is also just 6 miles from the Dayton International Airport.
Michele Barker leads the hotel staff as General Manager and Jennifer Neff is the Market Director of Sales responsible for overseeing the sales strategy for four hotels in the Dayton area. “I am extremely honored for the opportunity to work alongside Michele and such a phenomenal opening team,” said Neff. “Our hotel will provide the highest level of customer service to our guests and we look forward to being an active business partner in the Dayton community.”
Additional hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool, state of the art fitness center and positioned to be the market leader for both business and leisure travelers alike. “We continue to be excited about our partnership with TWG and their ability to develop incredible hotel projects like this one,” said Chief Development Officer for HE, Joe Reardon. A special thanks to Teresa Campbell, manager of construction pre-openings, for her leadership in driving the pre-opening effort on behalf of TWG.
On opening day, the hotel staff will welcome a small group of partners from The Witness Group and Hotel Equities, as well as the local chamber of commerce for the inaugural ribbon cutting ceremony. Details on the recent alliance between HE and TWG can be found here.
