Alpharetta, GA – December 31, 2020 – Today, Hotel Equities (HE) announced the opening of the Home2 Suites by Hilton-Richmond, located at 5950 National Road East in Richmond. The 100-room all-suite Hilton hotel is owned and developed by The Witness Group (TWG). Hotel Equities manages the hotel via its mid-west regional office located in Ohio. The new hotel is one of nine Home2 Suites by Hilton-branded properties to join HE’s portfolio.
The hotel offers all-suite accommodations with fully equipped kitchens and flexible furniture options, providing guests the ability to customize their suite to their individual style and preference. The hotel also features complimentary internet, inviting communal spaces and trademark Home2 Suites amenities such as Spin2 Cycle Center, a combined laundry and fitness area, Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items and the Inspired Table, a complimentary breakfast that includes more than 400 potential combinations. Guests can also enjoy the indoor saline pool and outdoor grills. The hotel is pet friendly.

Teresa Campbell, manager of construction pre-openings, was a driving force in leading the pre-opening effort while Greg Zellars, John Tinker, Katie Bosley and the entire Witness Construction team led the project management and construction.
